Project is part of a TFS collection. if the resource file is not checked out for editing prior to trying to using the "Move to resource file" on a string, the "no resource file available" text is displayed on the dialog. if i cancel
the dialog, manually check out the resource files for editing, then retry the "Move to resource file" on the string, the resource file is found.
this was a hard one to track down as to the actions to get it to work.
would it be possible to:
- automatically check out the resource file
- display a message that the file might be read-only and need to be checked out.
