This release contains completely implemented ResX editor capable of working with .cs files (support for .aspx will be added later). This includes such features as inlining, auto-translate using web services, pseudo-refactoring on key rename and so on. Two new items have been added to the context menu in code windows, enabling user to perform batch operations on selected block of code.
Also note new options page (Tools/Options/Visual Localizer) and integration into Import/Export settings mechanism. Using Bing translation service (also known as Microsoft Translator) requires valid AppId, which is used to identify the user who originated the request. Without this AppId, Bing service is unavailable. However, you can register at Microsoft and consume this service for free (with some limitations) - do so and put the AppId you get in the Tools/Options/Visual Localizer/Editor/Bing AppId field.
